Customized Orders
Customized and personalized orders require a 50% advance payment before work begins.
Shipping
Orders are shipped across Pakistan. Shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, customized orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Product Variations
As all items are handmade, slight variations in color, design, and finish may occur.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
