At Art & Glam Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are handmade and many items are customized, please read our refund policy carefully.
Customized Orders
Customized and personalized orders require a 50% advance payment to confirm the order. Once production has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once work has started on a customized item, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Eligible claims will be reviewed and a replacement or suitable solution may be offered.
Handmade Product Variations
All products are handmade. Slight variations in color, design, texture, and finish are natural and are not considered defects or valid reasons for a refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
